Pros It pulls all the parts of our business into one platform that makes scheduling, HR, compliance, clinical charting, QA and billing seamlessly. They are not a Medicare "square peg round hole " software, it is built to handle hourly complex care and hab services. Cons Data analytics and reporting could be stronger, but they have improved that already in our own experience. The nurses can bring their own device. Cons There is some more reporting that could be put in place. Items are being added regularly so reporting is becoming more robust. Also, as with any new technology there are some bugs sometimes. This is improving with use as well. As we move into this age of technology, CubHub has made it very easy to teach even the older employees this technology. The app is very user-friendly and we love being able to monitor what is going on out in the field as it is happening. Pros The accounting features are very user friendly and have made keeping track of A/R a lot easier for me. The scheduling features are also really user-friendly. Additionally, the transfer of information from website to app and back is mostly seamless and that makes our job easier from an administration standpoint. Cons We had some issues on the front end with implementation, but we were one of the earliest users of the product. I know that things have drastically improved since then and I don't have much else to complain about. We were spending countless administrative hours documenting, sorting, organizing, and QA'ing paper nurse notes and MD orders, but with CubHub's paperless EMR we regained countless administrative hours so we can now further concentrate on clinical training, staffing, and client service. Additionally, we now have full transparency into when an aide or nurse arrives at our client's house as they clock in and clock out through the CubHub app. We can also view their completed clinical notes in just three clicks. I truly dislike CH for that reason. It should be made to make working on schedules easy but it is really difficult to work with a lot of clients Pros The one thing that I like about CH is the fact that everything is housed all together. If you are able to get all the data from your company in the system it calculates data for you. Cons The going back and forth is way too much. You can't click one simple button and make changes. You have to click in this area before you can move to the next area of CH. It is so messy. I dislike the fact that you cannot just work in one area.
