"Best in the Market for tracking tickets"

**Overall:** It has been a great experience using the software as it is easy to sue and easy to access for multiple funtions

**Pros:** It is the best software available in the market for different functions and is easy to integrate with other tools

**Cons:** There is sometimes one cannot update the status of the ticket due to some issues which result in delayed updates.

"the swiss knife of bug tracking"

**Overall:** collaboration in issue and bug tracking between teams that do not physically connect.

**Pros:** We mostly use the bug tracking features in a group of four companies that work together for a project. The bug tracking is a 100% complete system with many features smartly implemented so learning curve is quite small.

**Cons:** We really could not find any missing features. One thing that could be improved is to add a feature in order for a new account to be able to have as less as possible features in terms of reducing the complexity of the UI.
