Pros There are many tools that allow you to capture bugs and issues. Zoho Bug Tracker is one of the very few that is easy to use, and to the point. The clutter is kept to a minimum and it is efficient to use. Cons There is nothing really negative, however it would be nice to have a custom URL for accessing the Bug Tracker.
