Pros

Ease of use. Excellent Dashboard and reporting capabilities.

Cons

None. For the work being done. May have to come back after extensive use to report on any problems in the system.

Pros

The application proved all our daily needs in tracking bugs, backlog that needs to be schedule.

Cons

At this time we have not found any issues with the software.

Best feature is the ability to add custom fields per project. Really helps meets needs when tracking issues specific to a program or application.

Cons

I haven't found any features (yet) that don't make sense, or are "fluff", so no answer here.
