Clone Files Checker tech support is hands-on and knows the software and how to convey their knowledge to users Pros I had the most positive experience imaginable with Clone Files Checker. My hard drives were always full, prohibiting or limiting many functions. Turns out that I had accumulated hundreds of thousands of duplicates over the years! With Clone Files Checker, I was able to tackle the complex task of aggregating files from several computers and external backup drives, delete almost seven hundred thousand duplicates, and free up 1 TB of storage space. Super easy to use and 100% accurate. When I had issues, the customer support were excellent and helped me delte duplicates and consolidate data from 5 cloud accounts, 3 external hard drive, 1 USB and my computer internal storage. They walked me through every step of the way, and were super helpful! I would highly recommend this program, if you are looking to remove duplicate files on your computer, from multiple sources, and help you organize your digital files. Pros I purchased this software to search my hard drives for duplicate files, after many years of trying to organize my data on my own. The program is very easy to use and very accurate when it scans and removes to look at files. Cons I had several hundreds of gigabytes of files, and multiple copies of each file, so it was a challenge going through all of my data. The program works very well when subfolders are scanned, and smaller groups of data are worked with. Recovered 13.44 GB of storage space in 2 scans and deleted 757 duplicate files for me. I needed to transfer all my Google Drive and Google Photos data to my OneDrive, but had no clue how to do that. The support agent was very helpful. They downloaded all the Google Drive + Photos data to my computer, scanned it for dupes and then synced it to OneDrive. Cons Maybe they should consider adding up a feature to directly transfer data from 1 cloud to the other. Other than that, I can't think of a con.
