Very thankful for starting to collaborate and working with them. Pros It's solely built for D2C brands, which means that it has a lot of functionality for selling through influencers, selling to a global audience and full control of the customer experience. It is a true partnership with long-term shared visions. Pros It is very intuitive and easy to use! Both our internal sales team and customers have very quickly adopted the system and are consistently giving it top ratings in our surveys. We also have a great relationship with Centra's product development team cooperating on new features to be implemented as part of the roadmap - very powerful! Cons Most of the key features we were lacking have already been implemented or are part of Centra's roadmap. Very good possibilities to build headless site with the tech stack you prefer. Handling both B2C and B2B in the same platform is very convenient. Good selection of integrations. We easily reach out with more products to more customers without the need for additional staff resources. Our customers like the tool and think it is easy to shop wholesale online, instead of traditional sales meetings we can now present collections more often and thus ensure that our customers have the right assortment in the right time. Pros What we like the most is that it was quick and easy to set up and that all our wholesale partners finds it easy to use. Internally, it is easy to manage collections, users and orders. Centra quickly became a part of our everyday business. Cons We would appreciate the same flexibility as in the report tool also for Linesheets and in when exporting orders. By being able to chose the format and the included data, we could easier meet our customers needs and adapt exports and imports to our ERP system to include all the necessary data.
