He will above and beyond for customer satisfaction and he definitely has made us satisfied and will continue to use eTrucks and recommend them to anyone i know! Pros I love how easy it is to upload mileage for IFTA and everything is so simple and clean where it really doesn't make it hard at all to do our quarterly returns. Cons First time using it was a little confusing just because i was new to it and thought that we had to put in mileage in one by one but i received help from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and he explained it all so well and really isn't anything I don't like about eTrucks. Pros eTrucks gives small businesses a reprieve from having to keep track of multiple truck fuel use receipts and gallonage for IFTA. It is all taken care of with some button pushes! Cons I am not sure how to keep track of highway fuel tax manually, this software is helpful but some training via the software would be helpful.
