Myconvento ist relativ intiuitiv in der Anwendung und ein hervorragendes Tool für die Erstellung und den einfachen Versand von Pressemitteilungen an grosse Verteiler. Auch erlaubt das Tool eine umfassende Medienanalyse. Was die Arbeit ausserdem erleichtert ist der tolle Kund:innenerservice, der schnell und zuverlässig zu erreichen ist.

Cons

Im Verteiler sind in vielen Fällen nur die allgemeinen Redaktionsadressen angegeben, da sind natürlich die direkten Kontakte zu Redakteur:innen von grösserem Interesse für eine zielgerichtete Pressearbeit

Mit myconvento lassen sich Medienverteiler sehr einfach und individuell zusammenstellen und wunderbar formatierte Meldungen versenden.

Cons

Um alle tollen Funktionen sicher bedienen zu können, benötigt es ein wenig Eingewöhnungszeit.

Wir haben dafür ein 20 Jahre altes, bewährtes und auf uns zugeschnittenes System aufgegeben und es war toll, dass wir relativ unkompliziert unsere Daten importieren konnten

Cons

Die Online-Hilfe Funktion habe ich etwas spät entdeckt bzw. von ihr erfahren, sie ist sehr hilfreich

DIE Lösung für die PR unseres Unternehmens. Die Zeiten als ich unseren Presse-Verteiler in Outlook in cc statt bcc reinkopierte sind vorbei. Das war auch der Auslöser für den Kauf von MyConvento.

Newsletter-Versand-Modul, Kontakt-Datenbank, Earned-Media-Analyse, Premiumversand, Blacklisting-Funktion

Cons

Der Editor ist nun in der Premiumversion sehr benutzerfreundlich. Vorher hat es etwas gehakt. Wobei ... ich schreibe gern in Word ... copy-paste aus Word ist nie eine gute Idee bei HTML basierten Tools, geht mir in TYPO3 schon so. Also besser Google-Docs verwenden. Mit dem Premium-Editor ist das auch behoben.

Die Preisleistung ist für mich als Mitarbeiter in einem KMU ungeschlagen. Das mit Outlook war einfach OK, wenn man nur eine Handvoll Kontakte hat, wenn es dann ein paar Dutzend sind, wird es zu unübersichtlich.
