Pros How Easy it is used and having the ability of being able to manage and replace paper forms, spreadsheets, emails all type of safety records, weather it is from my offices or mobile device with its very good interface Cons One of the Cons of it is that you have to train all of your employee on how to use it otherwise it be a bit difficult for them. Near misses, Qaulity inspectins and Pre-shift forklift inspectins work pretty well for us. Pros Customer support is my favorite thing about SafetyAMP. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been instrumental in our success. We still have a long way to make the system fully implemented but with his help I'm confident we will get there. Cons Report section. A very user friendly experience. Pros Good customer support and easy to use features. The value it provides in easy filing and ability to reference existing documents is outstanding. Cons Minor issues when filing through the OSHA 300 Uploading program, but the issues were quickly remedied and referenced to SafetyAmp for correction. Safety Amp has been awesome to fix problems fast. Safety management made easy. Pros Ease of use, Analytics, ability to change and make our own forms and check list best user interface. Bigger bang for your money unlike the rest. The ability to run safety reports with so much detail is awesome. Cons Font size on reports. That's being taken care of. Not having an app that has not been fixed. And it works great. I enjoy having a personal Customer Success Manager who is available when I need him and doesn't just answer my question but will provide multiple possible solutions. He is also willing to assist in the modification or creation of special items tailored to my company. You usually don't get that from the larger software providers. Pros Easy to use right from the start with a small amount of training. It is a great value for our money compared to other major training and documentation software. Allows us to provide high quality safety training with our materials and prewritten programs from SafetyAmp. SafetyAmp also provides a large quantity of specially developed training videos, forms and documents that can be modified for our use. The software manages our safety training and records, documents and procedures, risk assessments, allows us to create action items with notification and follow-up. The program comes with a ready to use compliant incident management system and will produce the necessary OSHA logs and records. Contractor Management is easily managed as well as sign in for visitors. Cons While it is easy to use, there are multiple steps to create before training can start. Including creating a training course for each document needed, developing each certification and linking with the training course, compliance groups, etc. But each step is a learning experience that will allow you to expand the use of the documents for training. It allows our safety procedures and tasks to be more accessible to our employees. Cons Some of the customizable steps to enter data for an incident can be more efficient. Also from the moment I started working with your team, they have been extremely helpful! The customer service and attention to detail has been top notch! Cons I like that you can create equipment qualification forms that you can complete and sign from an iPad. However it would be really helpful that once it was complete, you could click submit and it would automatically populate in the individuals employee records. The flat annual rate (not charging by user) was a huge selling point for us, especially compared to other platforms. The support team is always responsive and helps me set up visualizations or troubleshoot anything I need, making the platform approachable even if you're not super technical. The ability to handle OSHA compliance, incident reporting, and training data in one place has been critical for us. Cons I wish the platform was more accessible for our field employees who struggle with technology, especially with the login process. Many of our workers have trouble remembering passwords or navigating the system, so a more frictionless, non-login option for submitting forms or hazard reports would be very helpful. Also, some training content, especially in Spanish or specific to agriculture, is lacking or only available with captions, which doesn't work for employees with limited reading comprehension. It’s a solid platform for companies looking to modernise their safety management without overcomplicating things. Pros What stood out most was how easy it was to roll out across the team. The interface is straightforward, even for operatives who aren’t particularly tech-savvy. The reporting features are strong — especially being able to log incidents and near-misses quickly from a mobile device. The dashboard gives a clear overview of compliance, training records, and outstanding actions, which makes management reporting much easier. Cons Some of the customisation options feel slightly limited, particularly when trying to tailor forms to very specific internal processes. I could not have asked for a better transition experience. Pros SafetyAmp checked all of the boxes for Regulatory Compliance in our EPA/OSHA covered business. We are able to track all necessary components of the many regulatory requirements we have. It has as light learning curve for the Admin as well as users. The onboarding and ongoing support has been excellent. Cons If there were a few more training modules specific to my industry I would consider moving my training program to SafetyAmp as well. They do have a good library, but not enough of what I need. They took our advise on how to improve the overall software and that mean a lot to a company like ours. Most products are to 'canned' and they won't or can't make adjustments to the software. Pros The ability to customize just about anything to match our current paper system. This allowed for better understanding across our company and easier implementation. The ability to use 'can" or to create customization training programs quickly has allowed us to deliver training in a timely manner. Cons The reporting (analytics) portion of the program needs more developing to create custom reports. Pros Brings much more to the table than just safety, we fine the followups, training and ISO9000 functions all tie back to safety. This allows management in one platform to set action items, process and procedures into place moving the entire organization forward. Pros What I like the most is the flexibility it has for the generation of new modules that are tailored to our needs and the possibility of developing them ourselves without depending on external developments. Pros Very user friendly with a bold dashboard to highlight and direct users to the required module such as workplace inspection, employee recognition, incident reporting, near misses etc. Each module is very easy to build and customize, it streamlines reporting requirements and facilitates data analysis. Very responsive and helpful tech support. Cons When viewing incidents it would be good to have an overview of the incident with all the associated actions visible like a family tree instead of having to open each incident. Now we can go to one place for trainings, incidents, inspections, and forms. Using the single sign on with the Microsoft password is awesome. It was just as an upgrade for us as our field employees who have to use it as well. Pros Everything we need all in one place. Mobile applications work really well which is perfect for our employees working on job sites everyday. The customizable dashboard is great for different job roles. Cons It's a little difficult to figure out how to pull different statistics for things. The same thing with uploading internal training. Once you figure out how to do it though, it isn't that bad. Cons When we switched over from our previous LMS we had to manually upload our existing completion records from the old system. Safety amp does have a template excel file to assist with this though. Coming from a company with no safety system to this has been eye opening and the support has been phenomenal. Pros The ease and convenience that this system allows to manage our safety program. From being able to drop training to upload documents and forms on the fly. This system makes things easier. Cons Alert system. I would like to see alerts when forms are completed or incidents reported. Even alerts for when training in completed.
