Good tool to analyze market compensations based on the resources roles, also integrating bonuses and benefits

Improves Compensation similarity between resources, as it is easy to compare with market, reducing manual efforts

Cons

It fully depends on other companies to enter feasible data, while it still is not widely adopted, generating some lack of data
