The application is intuitive, seamless and sails through the organizational complexities. The unique and attractive UI, helps people adopt the system, with much ease.
Great support kudos to the team. Communication was swift and the team was always willing to listen ans support.
Cons
Sometimes it may not support Exchange servers due to security reasons cause delay in getting mails.
Still there are not any MIS / Excel report for all candidates.

Pros: Nothing really. in param.ai ... the ai is just in name. No value add other than being a repository.
Cons: The overall interface is not up to the standards. The platform is not device-agnostic. Reports don't work properly.
