I intuitively knew what to do and how to use the POS with very little training. The POS came pre-installed with my menu and merchant account. Support is very helpful. New features are constantly added based on feedback - which is very neat! I highly recommend this system to anyone who is moving from a traditional cash register. Cons None! - The only thing missing is a handheld pay at the table option and the company is already working on launching it.
