Overall: Easy to use and there are a whole bunch of pre-created options for the dashboards and data visualisations that make a huge difference to the amount of post-processing time one spends
Pros: Dashboard options Easy import of data Knowledgeable and helpful customer support
Cons: Some more documentation would be useful to get one started, although customer support is great

Overall: We are using Infoveave for monitoring SLAs at our contact center. The integration and automation helps us to get insights in near real time to understand how the agents are performing. This helps the supervisors for timely intervention and meet our SLA goals. also improve our training.
Pros: Infoveave is easy to use with a short learning curve. The new ready templates for dashboards makes it extremely quick to setup. The targets and thresholds is very useful for monitoring our SLAs with our customers. It addressed most of our data automation and analytics needs. The implementation were done in record time, and the support from the product team helped us when we were stuck.
Cons: Nothing in specific on the product itself. Need more videos and documents for help, though this is currently managed well by the support team.
