Its really easy to have all partners communication and action tasks in one place. It helps me structure and organize my work and to the whole team. It helps me a lot with tracking and communicating with my partners/clients and easy to assign tasks and track them. I simple love NOTES in meetings and Mentions are easy and self explanatory.

Pros

It's very easy to be used and to handle all communication with clients in one place. Very well organized workflows and it helps not to miss any single part of your partners' relationship. It helps as well internally as well externally to track progress on open topics. Easy to schedule meetings and cover them, notes part is simply amazing. You can have reports and track actions based on calendar meetings as well.

Cons

Still missing Jira integration but i was told by the CS that it will be added soon. Same for sharing screen option in the calls.
