Pros: I think it is very easy to handle, and you can create all from the phone today. employee

you can get the solution, as you want, so it match your company. Finance

Cons: i have work with the system many years now. But i think there is missing a hourglass when you use the Search modul. So it is easy to see that the system is thinking.

Overall: I think at Acubiz i a great system. I like to work in it.

Pros: easy to use. having expenses approved easily and quickly

Cons: users often complaining it takes time to submit claims (take pictures) occasionally troubles for users to log in.

Overall: submitting travel claims in different currencies - very easy. keeping track on employees expenses. employees can easily themselves see what they have submitted

Pros: I think that Acubiz is easy to use and our employees are very satisfied about the software.

Cons: I don't know, I think it works great and if we have any problems, we can contact Acubiz support and they are always very helpful.

Overall: We use Acubiz to handle our travel expenses, and it saves us for at lot of paper work.

Pros: It's easy to manage users and process expense reports in the system.

Cons: We have some special requirements from our internal auditors that sometimes are difficult to work with in the system. Some personal customization has been done to comply with these requirements, but it could be better.

Pros: The system is very easy to use. Very qualified instructions, when we implemented this system.

Cons: sometimes long answer-time when using the system.

Pros: Very easy to operate and to guide users through an expenses claim.

Cons: Expenses attachments could be larger when viewing to examine claims.

Overall: We have moved from a paper based cumbersome expense claim system to state of the art e-expenses. Saving 1 FTE and releasing others to be available in other parts of our department.

Pros: It's easy to use and very straight forward - as a user as well as an admin.

Cons: That you can't look at the attachment without entering the specific line, and that you can't change VAT on the front page.

Overall: My overall experience is very positive. The support acts fast when I contact them.

It's easy to use for all parts.
