March 16, 2023 5.0 Goalplan has made it possible to talk about sales on a whole other level and makes me and my team much more aware of what to focus on and take quick action when it's needed. Pros Easy overview and a great tool both for the staff to keep updated about their individual achievements and also to keep ahead of progress and keep on track to reach our goals Cons I miss being able to see MTD budget. Right now I only see monthly budget and result MTD. Also since I'm working mainly via phone both the loading time can be quite long and I would sometimes need to be able to tilt the screen to see some of the content other departments have shared in the app. I would also love to be able to use GIFs in the comments, but thats a 'nice-to-have' function. It’s resaonably fast. Cons It doesn’t help me. I never use it. It’s just too much. I already have a dozen programs, apps, chats, emails, and other things i need to tend to at work. Pros I don't know how I manage time before Goalplan, I don't think I did it with quality, now I have all numbers in front of me all the time and the sellers own their on goals. Pros The most valuble features we use are the Analytics and Presets. We have begun to establish a good Information Hub but this is a work in progress. We also use Scorecard/Tagets, however it has been a struggle to get every store manager to keep up with this and have a follow-up talk with his or hers salesemployees Cons There are to many simulare features. Analytics/Leaderboard/Scorecard <- They all lead to the same information but in a different setup. Information Article/Academy Course <- They both gives the user training. Review Source OK Orhan K. Always good support if you have any questions. Highly recommend! Pros It's pretty easy to use. Alot more fun for the salesstaff to follow up the sale statistics and other features.
