### "What a Neat Idea"

Pros

I love that it's very "set it and forget it." An extremely useful tool for wholesale shippers; helps our bottom line and requires minimal effort.

Cons

Setup was a bit trickier than it needed to be, but it was fine.

I would recommend them to any shipper

Pros

They work as my administrator for my shipping, checking for late arrivals and requesting refund if late. Saves me lots of time

Cons

The software is great, so far everything is fine
