Most of the time customers understood the info about property as product described it properly. Pros It provides the user to mention all the facilities of the property. Our co-founders set out with the goal of making this process easier, so to hear that type of feedback in a review like yours makes it all worth it. As for our competitor Cozy, they definitely offer some good tools. However, many users have opted to go the Avail route (even after trying Cozy) because you can't draft and sign digital leases through Cozy. Additionally, we offer faster payment processing times, and we recently rolled out CreditBoost, a tool that helps your tenants to build their credit scores. This is based on Avail being able to report their on-time rent payments to TransUnion (just another added incentive to get them to make those payments on time each month).
