The goal is a complete migration, realized in several steps. Pros The software is light and very easy to use. It allows several options to synchronize a "native" DB to a new one, of different category. Insert, Update, Drop, Copy Structure, can be combined successfully to grant perfect data sync between DBs. More, it allows bi-directional synchronization - and for different tables, the user can select different configuration to execute Sync Cons Scheduling Jobs works fine but is somewhat tricky to configure. If a Session is edited, you need to create a new schedule or manually update the old one. When loading a Session, you need to re-confirm the destination each time; once the session is loaded, in the Scheduling tab are shown all the scheduled jobs (and this can be misleading for users). Pros Easy implementation and data migration from support team, also fairly inexpensive. Cons No true cons, just post implementation support can be quick expensive.
