However, when you go to fix the error, there isn't one. They said to go on and just redo it anyway. Didn't work, I sent a video. They said unpublish it, and then repost it, didn't work, sent a video. they said, to go in and change something, didn't work, sent a video. this has been repeated process for a very long time - now they want me to go in and reconfigure each job and each job board manually and it didn't work. I asked them to do it for me as I do not get paid to troubleshoot their platform and I hadn't been able to post any jobs yet. Their solution is for me to go in and do it again and send them another video so that they can escalate it. do not waste your time and energy as i did - i went back and forth for days at a time and wasted many months and $ Pros I should have read the reviews before using them. The idea is great, $20 bucks to post your jobs on a bunch of job boards. The software runs smoothly with very few bugs, and managing the pipeline is straightforward. It's also easy to integrate with platforms we use daily, like LinkedIn. Last but least, the customer is there whenever you need it. Cons There’s a built-in refresh button, but I find using the browser’s refresh more intuitive. Pros Very inexpensive for what you receive in comparison to other ATS products. Cons I wouldn't say I like their resume parsing, social media enrichment tool, or resume scoring. When they parse the name, they do the full name and do not separate first from last. You have to do that manually. If you send an email to a candidate, it will say; Hi, first and last name. I've asked for the fix over and over, and you would think it would be easy to resolve. Also, the interface itself is bland. I know you get what you pay for, but many other ATS systems have a much better interface and are more intuitive. Cons many features do not work smoothly. 1. notifications of actions taken by admins are unreliable and are not always recorded. so we cannot see the work and steps taken by other administrators. 2. i also do not like the inbox system which does not take you from your inbox to the candidate profile. instead you have to search your candidate separately by name to get to their profile. also when you reply to an email you cannot reply directly to specific message and you are never sure what the reply button on top is replying to in a chain of emails. for a while we had multiple recurring issues with resumes not being imported from Indeed, and we had to import each manually. the company worked to fix it (although the issue returned several times) when the resumes do import into manatal, some resumes are not showing under the resume tab even when all details were found in the summary. another issue is that our questions to candidates on Indeed do not get imported at all nd we need to manually copy and paste them as notes. altogether it's not stable platform and we are disappointed so far.
