And now they've decided to cancel the plan of those who trusted them from the beginning. Pros When they launched, they offered a lifetime license, which was a differentiator from their competitors. Cons There have been many bugs since I purchased the lifetime license, and support has always been poor. And now they have decided to cancel all lifetime licenses, they have not fulfilled their promises. They took our money, promised lifetime access, and are now breaking that promise, leaving early supporters with nothing unless we pay again. It’s a huge letdown, and I wouldn’t trust them with another dime. Pros I initially loved MarketPlan.io for how easy it made planning and visualizing marketing funnels. The LTD seemed like a great long-term investment. But all of that doesn’t matter now because they’re going back on their word and canceling the lifetime access we paid for. It’s disappointing to see a company break trust like this. Cons The worst part is that they promised lifetime access and are now taking it away, forcing users to pay again or lose everything. It feels like a bait-and-switch—cashing in on early supporters and then kicking them out. If a company can’t keep its word, how can anyone trust them? Cons The founders made commitments to many of their early paying customers for lifetime packages, myself included among them. These weren't an onerous burden on them to uphold and maintain, and they received seed funding as a result. This week they broke these commitments. The owners of this tool cannot be trusted to deliver what they promise. They cannot be trusted not to raise prices significantly when it's convenient for them. They cannot be trusted to keep their promises in their terms and conditions. Took years to ever get even 1 update and then the updates were nothing but basic ux/ui. These people routinely ignored all feedback from the community, Added very pointless features nobody wanted , somehow sold it then faked updates with "ui improvements ",and then ran some ads as a last ditch effort. This is a total mess and run very far away from this company, any competitor tool is better than this one. Pros it was terrible and didn't function properly for years and then out of no where I get a message saying my account was terminated for no reason? Worst company and purchase experience of my life. Run far away never trust these people with your money Cons they are liars and not people of their word, they do not honor what they promise and make changes on the fly and upsell you every little thing and don't give you what you paid for. Pros The best thing about this marketing tool is that it allows you to do everything in one place. Plan, project, communicate & monitor your marketing strategy all from one powerful place. Easily plan out the strategy and demonstrate value to stakeholders visually. Allows me to organize my marketing strategy all in one place and it allows me to share it with my marketing team so they can all be on the same page. From the projects to the customer support everything has been enjoyable and extremely helpful! Love , love this app! Pros My favorite thing about Marketplan is the live feature. With the tracking code and UTMs it’s so easy to see how many visitors or conversations you have as they happen! It’s actually addictive to watch and I just love it! I’m also incredibly impressed with the customer support and how they will make sure to go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Every time I’ve been unsure about something or even had a question I got an answer right away! Marketplan.io is getting better and better too! It just keeps improving although it was already perfect!
