Pros Its a PLUS for our company, it help us to improve and offer a new service / tool which is useful not only for us but for clients who need reports, check financial status, download an invoice, etc. Cons Not all carriers /routes have tracking and sometimes some shipments are shown delivered when they haven't arrived yet.
