Pros

  • The platform is easy to use, has fast candidate responses, and excellent customer service. I'd recommend this platform to anyone interested in user testing.

  • They have made sure I have gotten quality testers which in turn has provided quality research. Their pricing, ease of use, customer service, and quality of testers/panels can't be beat.

  • Their video editing function is great for showing highlight reels to clients and colleagues. Their customer service is fantastic.

  • Really like the visual charts of responses, which I'm able to copy and paste in my presentation, great quality of video/audio recordings, and the overall layout of the platform.

Cons

  • We're still pretty new on the platform, but I haven't had a lot to complain about. Sentiment analysis is not activated by default and I'm afraid it might be extra so I haven't pursued it.

  • When we used this platform for a client, the platform required testers to download a screen recorder. While this is common in the user testing industry, I still don't like it.

  • Not mentioning the overheads and paperwork we avoid as a result of not conducting them ourselves.

  • It's hard to scale top to bottom and the questions can get lost. Also putting a star or indicator for when a task/scenerio/metric has a URL link attached.

Overall: Userlytics has been a true game-changer for our testing initiatives. With exceptional customer support, a comprehensive feature set, and top-notch participant quality, they have earned our highest recommendation. We give them a perfect 10 out of 10 and urge anyone in need of a testing platform to give them a try.

Pros: We transformed our approach in testing. They providing outstanding customer support, their team is always ready to assist with a level of professionalism and efficiency that is second to none. We used usability testing, prototype evaluation. Platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for even novices to navigate and utilize effectively. One of the most impressive aspects of Userlytics is extensive pool of participants ensures that we receive diverse and insightful feedback, enabling us to make informed decisions.

Cons: We absolutely love it. For our company no cons.

"A more reasonable alternative to the biggest players. "

Overall: Our rep has been helpful and attentive, and the tool meets the UI and feature requirements of all its competitors for a really reasonable price tag.

Pros: There are a lot more UX testing tools and platforms out there these days than the days of Usertesting and UserZoom being the only players. But many of them offer only a couple types of tests, or force you into a type of workflow. We chose Userlytics because it most closely resembles the "big boys" in terms of feature set (in fact, I get more types of quant tests than I did with UserZoom) for a much smaller price tag. I also like that tasks can go un-recorded for participants' privacy. This was a near-essential feature for getting the tool approved.

Reasons for Choosing Userlytics: It met our needs for the types of studies we wanted to run and the cost savings we needed.
Switched From: UserZoom
Reasons for Switching to Userlytics: Primarily we switched for price reasons. As a small team, the unlimited pricing of UZ did not benefit us that much compared to the more flexible credits of Userlytics.

"Userlytics "

Overall: It’s been just okay there’s nothing exciting about it because it’s too slow if you really want to make an earning out of it to be honest

Pros: The fact that I can make something on the side

Cons: You barely get tests to qualify for the customer base is low

"userlytics on of the user softawre that i didn't like to much"

Overall: it was a bad experience for sure

Pros: well ther is not much i did like nut i like the website menu

Cons: i did like least that doesn't work for the residence out of the USA

"User friendly and efficient"

Overall: I really enjoy Userlytics. Aside from the user-friendly and efficient platform, the customer service team is 10 stars out of 5. They are always willing to help me set anything up in such a timely manner - and so nice!!

Pros: The software's interface makes setting up the test, reading and reporting out a breeze. Simple functionality makes something like a robust test just a little bit easier.

Cons: The transcription that is based off of audio is left to be desired and often not able to be used. As a result, we do spend extra time translating ourselves for each panel result.
