"Useful and powerful tool and competitive pricing model"

**Pros:** The data generated by the platform can help provide evidence when a design decision change has a high risk potential. It helps our teams provide additional evidence about what works well and what needs more attention in the overall user experience and design (flow, copy, visuals, layout).

**Cons:** Sometimes the interface to setup a test or review results is a little jarring to the untrained eye. It's learnable, but there will be a learning curve for folks who are newer to user research and usability testing.

"Userlytics "

**Overall:** It’s been just okay there’s nothing exciting about it because it’s too slow if you really want to make an earning out of it to be honest

**Pros:** The fact that I can make something on the side

**Cons:** You barely get tests to qualify for the customer base is low
