### "A great platform to conduct research "

Userlytics has been great in putting us in the shoes of users and also for validating our research tools!

Pros

What I liked most about Userlytics was the visual aspect to the testing - having visuals in addition to audio, and text responses, makes the analysis process so much easier and so much richer.

Cons

It can feel a bit clunky at times, and I don't like that I can't pin an annotation to a certain spot in a video ( or at least it's not clear how to.)

Pros

It is easy to recruit very specific participants, and you can now do live testing as well as recorded. Great customer support.

Cons

The UI was a little challenging at first, but it's improving.

### "Userlytics user testing"

They are a great tool in times of pandemic to conduct safe contact-free user testing, also the results are faster and easier to analyze than in-person testing. Not mentioning the overheads and paperwork we avoid as a result of not conducting them ourselves.

Pros

While they help us with user testing, the best part of this company are their client-facing teams. When you do have any issue / question etc they reply fast and are super friendly. Really great service team.

Cons

They are still young company, so sometimes the testers are not overly professional, and there's some functionality still missing from their site, but I'm sure they'll get there. Until then the CS is helping out.

Pros

The fast candidate responses, and the very insightful conversations with great candidates.

Cons

The usability clearly needs improvement, sometimes this is even a blocker. But luckily the team is super helpful all day and night to solve all challenges.
