All the functionality expected and required to operate a smooth due diligence process. Product compares very well to the larger established brands, however, at a significantly lower price point, providing clients with excellent value for money. As well as being able to message customized messages when doing an update. And although Aversure Data Room Service can be used with Internet Explorer, Internet Explorer in itself does not support drag & drop upload functionality of whole folder structures. Pros Integrated Q&A and Waterstamp feature Cons Not really sure. The index feature is good but could be better. I also don't like that you can't see the underlying folders in the main folders, that you just see the files that are in the main folder. That's also a problem in the index. If folder A is index 1, the underlying folder B is index 1.1. However, if file X is located in folder A, file X will also have index 1.1 (confusing). Unlikely to use any other data room provider. Pros Great customer service. Easy to set up and easy to use. Cons When downloading the whole data room when finalised, this takes too long and errors occur frequently. This is likely due to the fact that we try to download the DR to our server, rather direct to the computer. Still suggest this is looked at as we are not alone in working from remote servers.
