January 6, 2023 5.0 AMAZING.. Just the support is a 5 Start experience along with all of the tools and option available at our disposal. Pros The most important part of this software is how customizable and how much support you get with it. There is a 1/1 support when you need it. The software has allowed me to track where my orders are at all times and allowed me to invoice my clients and get paid a lot faster. I can now come back to the office the following day and know exactly where I left off yesterday. Cons I have been working with support to implement certain aspects of what I need for my business so I can't say I dislike anything. Adding products is probably the most time consuming part of the software, but luckily their support allows me to ask them what I need and they help me with it. Manager - Estimator Printing Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "InfoFlo Print is a new approach to Print Management and Estimating Software" April 14, 2023 5.0 Overall, InfoFlo Print has been a good solution for a shop that was managing it's print, prom, wide format, and mail with 4 different programs. It has really pulled our business together. While it has been a lengthy process to get set up and get going, I would 100% go this route again if I had it to do over and knowing what I know now. Pros InfoFlo Print is highly customizable unlike a lot of products out there. This has allowed us utilize InfoFlo print to manage all the aspects of our business. Additionally, we can manage payments and collect money up front. This system makes it easy to send an invoice and for customers to pay it online. Cons InfoFlo Print is Highly customizable. I say this is a Con because it really can do anything but it is easy to overthink it and get caught up in trying to make this program do more than it should or needs to. Using conditional logic to build products is great when it is done but setting the products up can be timely and difficult. February 9, 2022 5.0 Pros We were looking for software to help create transparency from estimating to invoicing, which is a tall task, but we weee sick of redundancy making our jobs take 3X longer than they should. Infoflo filled that need. It is a well build software program, extremely flexible and easy to use. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] have been responsive and instrumental in helping us get up to speed and in implementation and training. They have gone as far as writing new code to make the system behave in a way that was tailored to our specific wants. They have been professional and a joy to work with. Lastly, from a cost perspective, I am absolutely floored that we are able to use this robust of a program for that small of a price. We can’t afford a lot right now bc we are small, but with the prices we have to pay here - couldn’t be happier. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and the whole infoflo team have earned our business for as long as we have one. Representative was with me, answering all my questions, guiding me through the set up. Once I got the hang of it, it was so easy to use. I especially liked the texting and tracking features. Pros It brought together various functions in one package - invoicing, with the option of texting the invoice, expenses, customer portal, etc. The tracking function is a useful feature. I was excited about using it. Cons It was for a larger organization than I because of the requirements of the payment gateway. Reason for choosing InfoFlo Print I chose InfoFlo Pay over other products because of the breadth of what it offered in one package.
