When vetting them out by asking for more information about their business model, success rates, and real-life testimonials, certain questions could not be answered. Customer service could only show me around the website and not provide information on actual long-term success for users. When trying to cancel the annual subscription, they were very keen on enforcing company policies on payments, rather than understanding the customer's needs. Needless to say, keep your wallet close. Pros Equator provides a lot of statistics on REOs in the state and local markets, which is great for research and analysis. Cons This company lacks deliverables and provides questionable operations.
