Now you can attach a small monetary tip to really drive home how someone has helped you. It's nice to apply our internal values to the kudos, add emotes/gifs and messages. I also love being able to react to colleague's recognitions as well. It perks up anyone who receives a notification from Assembly. Especially the fact that redeeming the cards is instantaneous with a great variation on how you can redeem. Pros The redemption process is so foolproof and easy to use. Workflows are easy to set up for people to participate in and are awarded at random for participation. It's extremely easy to use for anyone from a seasoned corporate user to someone in the field. Customer Service is easy to work with if you run into flow issues. Cons Travel redemption is still lacking. It would be nice to book flights separately without a hotel or car. File sharing, I am not aware of so far; however, the learning curve that we can have with Dora AI is phenomenal. Overall, I am having a great time using Assembly. Pros The best part of using is recognizing our fellow workers, and at the same time, we are also getting recognized. There are also different gift cards that we can redeem once the points are provided. It's always great to receive points as rewards and also be recognized. Overall, I found it to be the best platform. Cons The least I like about is the customer support, which I feel can be much better. Pros is the easiest product to navigate. A product like Assembly should be easy to navigate as it is meant to be fun and quick. Cons I really cannot think of many cons. If I had to pick one I would say that their mobile app specifically for Iphone could use some work. It requires me to sign back in every time I open it. Not only is Assembly simple to use as far as redeeming rewards and earning then, but the integrations they have also make it seemless to implement into your employees workflow Cons My only con would be to have a better way to filter for employees and have those stay. Pros It's easy to use, they have a solid user experience, and they continue to iterate on providing that good experience. Development team seems to be active. Easy to be able to give people recognition. Cons My main gripe prior to some releases they did was that the UI wasn't clear on how many points someone received. They did make adjustments to this which I appreciated, but the overall UX/UI of the page doesn't feel very modern. Not a huge deal, but it'd be nice to have a better experience.
