Unfortunately, it has somewhat become a popularity contest at my particular place of work, which then devalues the recognition the employees receive. Pros I really like that I’m able to give kudos to specific coworkers. Cons I don’t like that the software requires a reason for why I’m recognizing my coworkers in order to give them trophies. Pros The product works perfect for employee recognition. It easily integrates with teams, and has tons of reward options. The gifs are fun, trophies are fun, the notification system is great. Cons I haven't used anything other than employee recognition and feel as if I'm probably under utilizing what we are paying for. I think this program will really improve workplace relations. Pros The software looks like a social media feed - you can scroll down and see all the ways your team has been interacting and commending each other. It feels fun!
