Cons Integration offerings could stand to be improved. No way to interface directly with the product catalog & configurators. The AQ projects API is not real-time and, as such, is useless for integration with a backend ERP system. Reason for choosing AutoQuotes AutoQuotes is the standard in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry. That is important to me so they can see the product in the quote. Pros Being able to search competitors units is very important for me to do my job and that is easy in the catalog. Walking through someone not familiar with AQ over the phone is important and that is easy to do and I do often. Cons They way I use the software, I am happy with it, I can't think of any cons.
