As an ordinary costumer i can say that this program is enough to normal people who want to use it for regular requeriments

Pros

it's easy to use and very intuitive to new people

This program is to basic if you want to do more things you have to know that you will not be able to do it until they deploy it

Very disappointing. They should make it more clear on their website that they are charging you an extra $10 for no reason.

Pros

You don't have a lot of other options unfortunately.

Cons

They charged me $40 when the actual cost for the service was only $30, and refused to refund me the difference, telling me that I should have gone in to do the fingerprinting in person, and not done their online enrollment. What's more frustrating is that the online enrollment didn't save me any time. It was more hassle for the employee to use my online enrollment code, and all the info had to be manually input again anyways.

It has been a good experience. We had some difficulty trying to have the Kojak scanner to work but once they explained it to us how it actually should be used. It has been great.

Pros

What we liked the most was the software is very user friendly.

Cons

I would say just the scanner that we choose to go with the software.

Good program, but referrals were pretty underpaid. Would do more referrals but the remuneration is too low, they don't want to pay market rate referral fees. Would only refer as a last resort now. When we sell equipment to a buyer, Certifix does not keep us informed on the progress of the sale.

Pros

Ease of use, great customer service. Whenever we had issues using the program, customer service was very helpful.

Cons

not sure at this time. Software was very easy to use.

Pros

I’ve used Certifix to have my fingerprints scanned for jobs. It’s a quick and easy process, and takes the prints quite accurately. If learning to operate it, i’m sure it will take some time to learn, but once learned, is simple.

Cons

Some fingerprints had to be taken repeatedly, having to wipe the finger scanner often can slow down the process.

They always there when I need to ask questions/support/help. Staff been very helpful and friendly to deal with.

Software easy to use and straight forward.

i can't type the number by using the numerical part from the key board. Its only can use the top part of the keyboard for typing a number.
