They should make it more clear on their website that they are charging you an extra $10 for no reason. Pros You don't have a lot of other options unfortunately. Cons They charged me $40 when the actual cost for the service was only $30, and refused to refund me the difference, telling me that I should have gone in to do the fingerprinting in person, and not done their online enrollment. What's more frustrating is that the online enrollment didn't save me any time. It was more hassle for the employee to use my online enrollment code, and all the info had to be manually input again anyways. We had some difficulty trying to have the Kojak scanner to work but once they explained it to us how it actually should be used. It has been great. Would do more referrals but the remuneration is too low, they don't want to pay market rate referral fees. Would only refer as a last resort now. When we sell equipment to a buyer, Certifix does not keep us informed on the progress of the sale. Pros Ease of use, great customer service. Whenever we had issues using the program, customer service was very helpful. Cons not sure at this time. Software was very easy to use. It’s a quick and easy process, and takes the prints quite accurately. If learning to operate it, i’m sure it will take some time to learn, but once learned, is simple. Cons Some fingerprints had to be taken repeatedly, having to wipe the finger scanner often can slow down the process.
