Il est très difficile de trouver des points négatifs pour cette compagnie. Peut-être le fait que ce sondage est en anglais.

Déjà fière d'avoir choisi une entreprise québécoise, mes attentes sont surpassées quant aux service de soutien. Tout est clair, les modèle sont intéressants, je me sens en sécurité et l'analyse de mes statistiques est facile.

Cons

Le prix était un enjeux, mais le service, le soutien, la clarté et la sécurité ressentie le valent bien !

Great! Everything I need and it's easy to use. Love all the ways to customize my newsletters. I really appreciate the usefulness combined with the ease of use of the stats as well.

Pros

All the features you need organized in a sensible/user friendly fashion. Was realtively easy to learn quickly.

Cons

A lot of emails got sent to junk mail unfortunately. Only reason it's not 5 stars. The replacement email before you have a verified email should still not be sent to junk.

Currently, our platform supports file formats such as .CSV or .XLSX for contact import. To resolve this quickly, we recommend saving or exporting your file as a .CSV from your spreadsheet software and trying again. C'est un logiciel fort, efficace et intuitif, capable de concurrencer Mailchimp. C'est une solution québécoise à l'avant-garde.

Pros

Du grand emailing dans les règles de l'art. Le service à la clientèle est hyper disponible et compétent. J'ai eu recours plusieurs fois à leur service et j'ai toujours trouvé solution à mes problèmes.

Cons

Certaines fonctionnalités sont complexes à réaliser, pas à cause du logiciel, mais des contraintes comme la loi canadienne sur les pourriels, etc. Ça demande d'être assez à l'aise avec l'environnement du emailing.

L’interface est claire, intuitive et conviviale.

CyberImpact est une plateforme que j’apprécie particulièrement pour sa simplicité d’utilisation. L’interface est claire, intuitive et conviviale, ce qui facilite grandement la création et l’envoi de nos infolettres, même pour des collègues qui n’ont pas de compétences techniques. Les modèles proposés sont bien conçus et personnalisables, et le système d’automatisation des envois est un vrai plus. Le fait que le service soit conforme aux lois canadiennes en matière de courriels marketing est aussi rassurant. En bref, une solution québécoise fiable et facile à prendre en main. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Cons

Honnêtement, rien ne me vient en tête pour le moment. L’outil répond bien à nos besoins et je n’ai pas rencontré de réel inconvénient jusqu’à maintenant.

Depuis que j'ai migré vers CyberImpact, je n'ai aucun mauvais commentaire à faire envers cette entreprise québecoise pour la gestion du marketing email. Cette entreprise fait du développement en continue ce qui va permettre à plus de monde d'utiliser leurs outils pour le marketing. Avec la vague de fermeture et tarifaire américaine, CyberImpact est une très bonne alternative à MailChimp.

Pros

\+ Support à la clientèle rapide et par des québecois + Facilité de travail pour importer des contacts + Respecte les règlementations du Québec + Très bon programme d'affiliation

Cons

\- Aimerais avoir plus d'outils pour personnaliser les infolettres - Pas de possibilité d'avoir des scripts d'intégration de formulaires pour personnaliser l'affichage

je n'ai pu partager mon fichier final Je trouve un peu achalant le fait de nous prendre en otage pour répondre ou et faire un résumé de 80 mots pour s'en sortir
