The experience we have had with SPS has been exceptional. Their Customer Service folks are truly wonderful, caring, professional people who go out of their way to provide support. In addition, the tool that we use to recover monies has always been easy to use but continues to improve and become easier and more effective as time goes by. It has been a real success story for us, as our management team considers SPS a very important partner!

Pros

Working with SPS has been a tremendous benefit for our company. We use their services for a number of major retailers: Walmart, Target, and CVS just to name a few. Our company has recovered a tremendous amount of money for invalid deductions over the course of 4+ years now. Before working with them, we were not able to receive back large amounts of refunds that we were entitled to, not to mention we now devote far less time and energy in doing so.

Cons

Can't truly think of anything significant, only that I wish they had a couple of additional retailers where they offered deduction recovery service. Having said that, they've been adding retailers as they develop solutions, so perhaps they will be adding a couple of the ones we would want.

Our company was struggling with the rate of CBs from our largest customers and most were invalid. SupplyPike came in a streamlined our process for disputes and freed us up for other work that was taking a backseat to CBs. They've always welcomed my feedback about the product and actually implemented some changes that I felt would make their product better/

Cons

Everyone is so helpful....is that really a con....probably not. I haven't found anything I didn't really like.

Cons

Weve had some issues connecting everything for the suppliers that are on their platform, and there are also several retailers we work with that are not on their platform.

What stands out most, however, is the level of customer support. The team has been incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. They consistently provide valuable insights and guidance that I would not have had otherwise, which has made a meaningful difference in how we approach and manage chargebacks.

Pros

This system completely streamlined the process. The platform is well organized and user friendly making it easy to dispute and identify issues. What has been most amazing is the actual recovering money --- we've seen a noticeable improvement in both the speed and success rate of our claims.

Cons

Not much.... there is a slight learning curve in the beginning of the process but it is pretty user friendly.

Overall, I absolutely love our POC \[sensitive content hidden\]. Shes amazing! I wish we had such great worker on our team. Maybe we can steal her! Just playing, but I think that makes a huge difference as well.

Pros

Easy platform. Has a great overview of the deductions on account all in one place. Also, collects data that makes it easy to view and see the different data we otherwise might not have seen

Cons

I don't think that the buckets of "Walmart research / Denied / Approved with SPS" I understand wanting to pat yourself on the back, however we pay for these services because of how great it is, all this does is make it harder and more digging into because I dont have just a easy overview of all together money in that bucket. It is annoying to export > filter > double check data and see what we have for that bucket. Then repeat process for each bucket

Overall, I have had a great experience with SPS Revenue Recovery. SPS has helped my company recover over a million dollars in the past year and a half, so it is well worth the price.

Pros

I most like how easy it is to use SPS Revenue Recovery. I also appreciate the data analysis aspect of the product, as it allows us to determine how to prevent chargebacks from happening in the future.

Cons

I like every aspect of SPS Revenue Recovery, but if I had to pick an item, I would have to say the support email. It can take a little while for them to get back to you, but they typically can get me what I need.

Highly positive. Really enjoyed the people we worked with and felt "helped." Also, the platform has been effective at reversing thousands in errant fees. In the final tally, we are saving way more through using SupplyPike than we would trying to do this "manually." We more than make up the subscription fees for the SupplyPike contract.

Pros

It's great having an advocate and guide through the world of system driven invoice deductions. This has been a fantastic tool for our company.

Cons

Lots to learn to use the platform most successfully, but help is provided for a really nice progression through the aspects of using SupplyPike. First, get the low-hanging fruit, as it were, and then use more complicated methods, appeals, and so forth to keep reclaiming bogus fees.

The process to submit disputes is so much easier than companies portal, They are very kind and straight forward.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and the dashboard. My favorite is the reporting section, It does a great job showing the data that is so hard to see on companies portal. All the process of submitting disputes automatically is so nice. Saves so much time.

Cons

When you go the the all section into a deduction and select the paid filter. It adds the whole deduction up and not just the approved amount. Its very confusing and makes me download the deduction lines to find out the actual approved cost.

My experience with SupplyPike has been very positive. It’s a reliable part of my daily workflow in customer operations. The platform helps me stay ahead of shipping timelines, ensures invoicing accuracy, and improves cross-team communication. On top of that, the support team is always available, responsive, and extremely helpful—making a big difference when time-sensitive issues arise. With some added flexibility and enhancements to data customization, it could be even more powerful.

Pros

What I like most about SupplyPike is how it centralizes and streamlines order management. I can track order statuses, view shipping confirmations, and manage invoice processing with clarity. The platform has been especially helpful in identifying discrepancies, automating date estimations, and organizing data for Kroger, Target, and other major retailers. Its visibility tools save time and reduce manual follow-up.

Cons

One limitation is around system visibility inconsistencies—sometimes POs appear with mixed statuses (e.g., shipped and fulfill at WH), which requires manual clarification. Also, more flexibility in reporting and integrating custom macros or formulas would be helpful for operations-heavy workflows.

Pros

The auto-dispute tool + manual search of documentation of SPS is hands down the most attractive part of this tool. What really sets them apart is that the CSM's are able to sit down with your team and even tweak certain features based on request and also areas for improvement. One could certainly use without, but SPS manages to drill down on what people tend to slip through the cracks. In turn, clients can typically see more money in their pockets, less time scrambling for documentation, and increased productivity.

Cons

There are too many Pros of this team that it almost outweighs the Cons. But if I had to unravel one - it might be that we don't have enough meetings with SPS Revenue Recovery team.

Overall Supplypike is very helpful with claims processing and keeping track of disputes, i don't necessarily have any complaints

Pros

The ease of disputing and setting claims to auto-dispute. as well as the multiple dispute feature to continue to lodge disputes on the same claim once denied. Customer service is also very responsive as our contact rarely ever isnt available.

Cons

The reporting aspects of supply pike can be improved on. sometimes it can be hard to find where exactly to go to get specific data.

Everyone I have spoken with in Supply Pike have always been super helpful. If they do not have the answer to a question, they at least tell you they will find out and get back with you. Which in my opinion is really good customer service. Rare these days.

Pros

That every claim that comes through is automatically being disputed without having to manually upload them. Saves a bunch of time.

Cons

Still not understanding how it is said in Supply Pike you can dispute up to three times on one claim to try and get it resolved. I've tried disputing a claim before for a 2nd time but gets denied as a duplicate. Maybe there is something I'm not aware of.

Communication has been great as they have kept us up to date on all revenue recovery. The service is also quick with results.

Cons

The only con, if you can call it a con, is that not all deductions are recoverable. Or, certain deductions take longer to recovery.

Once I got through all the backlog of previous years I go in and check daily and maybe spend 15 mins a week instead of hours. Not having to pull claims, and invoices for each chargeback really streamlines the process.

Pros

Walmart is a beast of a customer to work with and SupplyPike makes it super easy to get through all the chargebacks and get as much recovered as possible.

Cons

The only thing I wish was better was the total chargeback amounts don't match actual all the time so it's a little misleading on how much you didn't recover.

SupplyPike has given me back so much time. The ease of disputing along with the support have been great. I have been able to ask a variety of questions, and I always receive an answer with suggestions.

Pros

I like how easy it is to submit a dilute. I can do hundreds in no time with the bulk option or go through one-by-one with ease. The features are always updated, and I like seeing things at a glance with the dashboard.

Cons

I have not encountered any cons yet in the 10 months I have been using it.
