Pros

Intuitive platform, and friendly supportive team members always willing to help. Makes sorting through deductions much easier.

Cons

Only really complaint is not being able to archive deductions easily.

Jennifer is the best!! Great to work with.

Pros

Answers my questions quickly and accurately. Keeps me informed of Wal-Mart charges, disputes and challenges.

Cons

When they changed their dashboard, it was a little confusing, at first, to find the information I was looking for.
