Pros: I mostly like:

1. Easiness of operation

2. Dedicated support and fast resolution on urgent issues

Cons: Areas to improve:

1. Payment commission rate is very high

2. Lack of collection functionality (for unpaid invoices)

3. Lack of mid stay payment for long duration stays

4. UI does not support smart phones

5. Lack of built in integration with other providers (eg,, airbnb, etc)

Thanks for the honest feedback Gil! Of course we are always looking to improve functionality for mid-long term stays, which is why we're releasing a new payment schedule feature this month! As well as making our Airbnb and connection more obvious.

Pros: Bookex is great! I am in the business of facilities management/maintenance and a couple of my clients recently made the switch to bookex. I can not tell you how much this has helped to co-ordinate tasks and manage these properties. It has drastically reduced the work load required per task and is very user friendly. Can not recommend enough!

Cons: A phone app would be very helpful in making data more accessible. Although I do login on my phone web browser sometimes and that functions enough to give me the info I need but is not extremely friendly
