TranscribeMe reduces the amount of time required to transcribe immensely. It makes it so much easier to get large transcriptions jobs done fast. Cons As with any transcription, it will not get everything correct. It is important to listen through through and re-read the transcriptions to make sure everything is correct. I have email customer service about this in instances when it has happened and never heard back. I love Transcribe because they work very>very fast, they answer the phone and solve situations very professionally, and they check the customer's file and account when we make an order, so that they have the opportunity to make recommendations or adjustments in favor of the customer. They remember the client by their name. Also, they apply promo codes to the regular prices. Pros It is a simple, friendly and uncomplicated software. Cons Just Once, the chat service was not responding.
