Cannot even view the note until doctor signs it. Lag time between doctor signing and the note being available. Hard to correct mistakes. If doctor wrote a visit note under a "History and Physical" heading, he can't correct it to say "Progress Note" instead. I wish we still used a clinical program that included Progress Notes. With a integrated system, it was easier to track and schedule required visits, easier to access notes, and we were able to included notes about the visit... Thank you for the opportunity to address your concerns. The encounter module is a direct feed from GEHRIMED Physician EHR. As such, the visit note title can easily be edited, but must be changed in the EHR before you see changes on the dashboard. Your request to view encounters before they are signed is not permitted due to regulatory constraints.However, the second they are signed you have the ability to view or download directly from the dashboard.
