Mon expérience avec Initiative CRM a été excellente depuis le début. L’outil a véritablement amélioré notre gestion commerciale, notre relation client et notre productivité globale. L’équipe a su nous accompagner lors de l’implémentation et s’est montrée à l’écoute de nos besoins spécifiques. C’est un CRM que je recommande sans hésitation, aussi bien pour les PME que pour les structures plus importantes qui cherchent un outil fiable et évolutif.

Pros

Initiative CRM se distingue par sa facilité d’utilisation, sa personnalisation poussée, et son interface claire et moderne. L’intégration avec d’autres outils (emails, agendas, automatisations marketing) est fluide et fait vraiment gagner du temps. J’ai particulièrement apprécié le suivi client ultra détaillé, les rapports personnalisables et le support client très réactif et professionnel.

Cons

Très peu de points négatifs à signaler. Si je devais en mentionner un, ce serait que la prise en main de certaines fonctionnalités avancées nécessite un petit temps d’apprentissage, mais cela reste tout à fait raisonnable, surtout avec la qualité de l’assistance et la documentation disponible.

Le CRM est utilisé pour de multiples tâches et par plusieurs personnes au sein de l'entreprise et permet à chacun de s'organiser dans son travail et de gagner beaucoup de temps. J'ai fais appel plusieurs fois au service client, ils répondent toujours présent et j'apprends de nombreuses choses à chaque fois, sur le logiciel que j'utilise chaque jour !!

Pros

Le CRM permet de gérer l'ensemble des données commerciales de l'entreprise, que ce soit la création des devis, des factures, des bons de livraisons... Et de multiples choses auxquels nous ne pouvions même pas imaginer pouvoir utiliser à travers le CRM ! Nous utilisions beaucoup excel avant d'avoir ce CRM et aujourd'hui nous observons que des erreurs étaient faites sur Excel, ce qui n'est pas professionnel d'un point de vu comptable ! Optez donc pour Initiative CRM !!

Tout est parfait ! Nous n'avons aucun problème avec le CRM, le service client est top, l'équipe est super !

La présentation faite et la période d'essai nous a convaincu. Nous souhaitions un CRM utilisable pour notre taille d'entreprise et personnalisable à 100%, ce qui est le cas avec Initiative CRM. Le service client est génial, nous gagnons beaucoup de temps grâce au CRM, qui est bien plus professionnel qu'Excel ! ;) Je recommande à 200% Initiative CRM !

Créer des devis depuis un catalogue de produit Facturer facilement après validation d'un devis Automatiser la facturation et les relances Accompagnement sur-mesure pour la mise en place Tableau de bord pour suivre les indicateurs souhaités au jour le jour.

Cons

Pour le moment nous n'avons pas la possibilité de créer des conventions de formation et gérer les feuilles de présence quand on est un organisme de formation.

J'utilise Initiative CMR pour la gestion de la facturation/devis/commande client. Je gère également le support informatique de ma société, la fonctionnalité des tickets m'est donc indispensable. Nous avons opté pour cette formule pour bénéficier, entre autre, de la gestion des règlements. Je gagne un temps considérable depuis que j'utilise Initiative CMR qui propose un suivi automatique de toutes les fonctionnalités que j'utilise. Mon travail est devenu bien plus agréable et moins stressant grâce à Initiative CMR

Suivi offert par le CMR Gain de temps La personnalisation Le nombre de fonctionnalité La gestion très simple des factures/devis/commandes Les envois de mail que l'on peut rattacher à un compte client L'historique très bien pensé Un Support/Service client très réactif

dans une structure transverse entre établissements comme l'est le CIEDS, vu l'incompatibilité entre SI des différentes structures et la difficulté du partage de l'information, un CRM supplémentaire s'impose et Initiative CRM a le bon rapport qualité prix pour notre structure

Pros

la facilité d'adapter les fiches contacts ou affaires, avec des listes déroulantes customisées à plusieurs niveaux, la simplicité de mise en œuvre de la fonction massmailing

Cons

le partage des filtres entre utilisateurs lors de l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes (maintenant résolu), l'ergonomie de design des modèles de mail pour le mass mailing
