Pros

Very easy to use. Customer service is top notch. Customizable for the facility.

Cons

No issues that I can advise of. If any issues have existed, they have assisted and corrected the issue.

LOVE JailTracker! Their Customer Service is next to none. Any issue is taken care of quickly and efficiently. HIGHLY recommend JailTracker to any Detention Center.

Pros

Easy to use. Can be easily formatted to our Individual Facilities needs.

Cons

Can't really think of any at this time..

the ability to customize the pages to our specific facility needs

Cons

wish they could customize a specific form to just how our facility needs it for example Medicaid.

Very easy to use. All applications are easy to access and most everything is just fill in the blank

Cons

It is more for a Department of Corrections than for a jail.

Pros

JailTracker support is always quick and competent. This is not just a web blurb, they really, actually are. I literally say on a regular basis "Their tech support is good, they will get you taken care of". There is little better praise of a company in my book.

Cons

Their main program can be a resource hog.

We can basically call the IT department and discuss what issues we are having or a certain report we would like made up and they always do their best to try and accommodate.

Pros

Easy to learn and to use for new employees

Cons

Everything that it allows us to track on any individual inmate while they are with us. If its not documented it didn't happen !!!!!

Just the stability alone and moving away from a DOS screen like app has been a big improvement.

Pros

Solid database platform and good locally based support.

Cons

Speed but that is probably more on my server disk speed than anything.
