They stand behind any challenges and quickly get the issues solved. I was especially impressed how Mobiloud navigated the challenging Apple iOS gauntlet of publishing the iOS App. Vitor and his team did an amazing job of knowing how best to prepare and present our App so that Apple would approve it. The Android App was also very well engineered and presented. Everything worked as I expected. When I came up with some additional functionality and observations, the team were able to effectively present a great solution. Both our iOS and Android Apps are working perfectly. But what is nice to know, that I always have access to their support if I notice something, or need some help. I would say the most important factor is the customer service and excellent communication at every stage. Pros The Mobiloud team and especially Vitor Argos has given me amazing customer service and technical engineering to take our wordpress site and create very easy to use and technically accurate iOS and Android App. When I come up with observations of possible issues, the Mobiloud engineering team work thru and figure out how to solve the challenges and present with the exact solution and operation that we are needing. We can customize lot of things for our mobile web app view. Also I want to highlight the benefits from the one-signal integration for the mobile push notifications. This has been of great value because it has been easy to manage this kind of apps which are fundamental for our business. Cons At the time of this review I would like more efficiency in solving issues related to the app. For example we have an error related with the image uploading feature, which we have no news or updates about, and the problem was reported more than 1 month ago. They were responsive and incredibly helpful, and they were always honest about what is possible to implement and what is not. Pros We had an existing WordPress website, and we were looking to create an app out of it. MobiLoud allowed us to create mobile apps in Android and iOS in relatively short time without having to develop a native app. We love that updates to our website will get automatically reflected on the mobile apps as well. Cons We needed to support multiple languages, and adding different country translations was very difficult. Even now, we have some translations that are still not translated. Also, we are not able to use the Canvas product to modify our menus because we are supporting multiple languages. Nonetheless, really appreciate the work of MobiLoud's support team to make our multi-language app functional. They either perform the solutions themselves or respond with multiple solutions for me to try! Their Canvas software makes creating an ecommerce app easy. I had an app in less than 1 day. Pros I love how easily and seamlessly the app pulls content directly from our Wordpress/WooCommerce site! It's easy to customize new features with literally zero coding required! It looks great right out of the box. Cons No comment! I haven't discovered any flaws in the way I use it. This is the downside of Mobiloud. Pros Initially, the performance was low and the footprint was huge on my server which was fixed in the course of time. I am not hearing any complaints as of now. Cons Not open to integrating with others for monetisation. Also, I guess they do not proactively pin out issues unless I informed them. I had a lot of issues with push notifications and it wasn't informed to me unless I notice it. Perhaps, the proactiveness from Mobiloud is much appreciated. September 6, 2023 5.0 9.5 out of 10! Pros MobiLoud is great! Their customer service is 2nd to none! They have gone above and beyond to help me out with my app! I left AppyPie for MobiLoud. MobiLoud is a little more costly and the builder isn't as customizable on the user end; however, their team can easily customize your app for you and the customer service is top notch, so it's still a great value! Cons I'd like to see more customiziation on the userend in the future. For example, allow me to simple paste an embed code as an app menu page instead of just a website link, but again, I'm sure that this could be done custom. I'm just not tech savvy enough to know how. They have been completely available to fix bugs and provide customizations to the code (usually within 24 hours) with excellent customer support from their team. Pros Mobiloud provides a platform for most businesses a quick and easy way of converting their existing website into a functional mobile app. They handle just about everything from "end to end," including modifications to the code to allow certain plug-ins to be used within the app (Wordpress sites), as well as, setting up the developers sites with Apple and Google. Cons While Mobiloud is quick and easy, this does come with a trade-off: their UX platform is limited to one offering, and cannot be customized in any way. This means, that if you were looking to have a fully custom mobile app developed, you will probably want to look elsewhere. Review Source Stephan W. The ability to manage it all via a plugin in our WordPress Admin Panel just sealed the deal. They work tirelessly with you to ensure you are happy with your apps. We can't recommend MobiLoud enough. We can use our existing WordPress install and have our material presented in a beautiful way on both iOS and Android. Cons I'd like to see updates pushed out a bit more automatically (for instance, to support new phone models), but in fairness the team at MobiLoud is always responsive to updating the app whenever asked. It creates a hyrbrid app. Not native and not a shell. Some of the code is custom and that is created by the Mobiloud team. The second thing I like is the communication with the team there is very professional. Cons There onboarding cost was steep for a small business like me... however it isn't as high as others in this level of industry. The benefit outweighs the cost. Also, there are some limitations of what the Mobiloud platform can do. I wanted a specific feature however they could not do it at that time... in the future it might be a possibility. I found them online, was able to do my own research, and have had great experiences with sales and support. Pros MobiLoud allowed us to rebrand and immediately see those results in our App. The setup process was minimal, and the amount of code we had to add to our website was small. They have wonderful customer support and are quick to respond to improvement ideas and bug reports. If you are looking for a custom, but structured, solution to porting your website or web app to an iOS and Android application, I'd recommend Mobiloud as a valuable resource. Cons We did experience a few difficulties getting the iOS application approved for sale on the App Store, but Mobiloud worked with us to make the required modifications to our web app in order to meet Apple's guidelines. Cons It's possible the load times are related to my host and server as well as image optimization, however, I feel like there could be some tweaks to help speed up load times. I'm hopeful these can be integrated into future releases. Reason for choosing MobiLoud The other solutions were not successful in getting the app approved in the app store. It has also grown our advertising revenue as we can use the app with Adsense and that has become our top performing advertising platform via the app. Pros The app has a great look and is very easy to customize with the wordpress plugin. The guys at customer support are good about getting you what you need. Cons It is not compatible with some of the plugins and features of my wordpress theme, but this may not be Mobiloud's fault as some plugins don't follow the Wordpress API. Review Source Fatih Ş.
