Pros Support during app conversion and launch Cons Customer support after launch is limited. Considering the price point, I think it's acceptable support, but more help would improve the experience. Pros Fast and easy way to convert my wordpress installation into an app without a single line of code. Perfect for people like me who can't write a single line of code and need to solve this kind of issues very fast. Cons Maybe a bit expensive, but it always depends on what are you trying to do, and who is the client. Pros That the App was able to integrate into my existing business website - I'm uploading new content every day and thousands of users also develop their own meal plans and shopping lists constantly using the website and app so I needed an app that would integrate directly from the website in real time Cons It took quite a long longer than planned to get to the point where it is reliable and working as it should Reason for choosing MobiLoud The other product just didn't deliver what I needed it to. Allowing us to disseminate our blog posts into a smartphone app has really grown our brand. Pros I liked that it did exactly as it says. MobiLoud was the answer to this problem. Affordably priced, with a helpful, responsive staff. Pros The staff at MobiLoud took care of everything in the design process, making it easy to offer a free app to our news readers without paying thousands of dollars out of the gate. Cons The app is a little slow to load and some users find that problematic - especially when using the app on a cellular network. Review Source TM Tom M. It took a little longer for them (and us) to work through some push notification issues, but that wasn't entirely their fault. Communication with their team is excellent. This app has saved us from having to hire a dedicated mobile app developer. Pros It was considerably easier to implement, versus coding a native app from scratch (or, in our case, reviving an old native app). What we liked best is how easy it was since our web app was already a PWA, optimized for mobile platforms. Our customers especially love the push notifications. Cons Deep links don't seem to be an option. Our customers would like to be able to tap a push notification and be taken directly to a page in the app that will tell them more about the notification. It seems we cannot do that with the MobiLoud solution. Review Source CL Chad L. Pros Design was to my specifications and app loads quickly. Cons App has high level of crash reports. I've noticed several crashes myself while using. I have an online school using Wordpress, woocommerce & Learndash, they made turning my site into a mobile app a quick and easy experience. I tried another service Buddyboss app services, which was a nightmare. The mobiloud team were fantastic, it was really a great experience! Cons Nothing, it was a great all around experience. Reason for choosing MobiLoud Tried Buddyboss, paid a total of 3k and never had an app published, they are the worst. I was so happy with the ease of working with Mobiloud. Review Source GR Gerardo R. Timely communication, helpful solutions, and very easy to work with. Pros MobiLoud was super helpful in getting our WordPress content to a mobile app with limited in-house development resources. MobiLoud helped manage our Android and iOS apps with a lot of ease. Cons It would be nice if there were more visual customization options so our app could stand out aesthetically. The default design is clean and easy to use, but it would be nice if we could have more customization options to match our brand, either as pre-built templates or through template builders. My team learned and lot and I would like to say that we pushed the Mobi team as well to meet our needs. We've developed a good working relationship with them that we look forward to continuing. Pros This platform is great for taking WordPress sites and creating affordable apps that work well for small companies. The Mobi team does most of the heavy lifting and is a real asset with any web dev team for custom applications of the platform. Cons Can be a bit tricky in some instances of complex WordPress frameworks, but the Mobi team does all they can to accommodate and make things work as you need to even if it involves getting a workaround in place.
