We are able to rollout a company-wide policy of no personal cell phone use for business purposes. The new Unite apps take all of the conveniences of the cell phone and put them into one business app the represents the face of the company. A consistent and professional presentation for our clients to see.

Pros

There are several new features that help make things more efficient compared to the previous Callscape app. The tightly integrated desktop and smartphone apps, SMS texting from within the desktop app and voicemail to text email notifications are all great features I like.

Cons

The contacts screen display of current call status is hard to see. Previous Callscape app illuminated the entire user box in a color shading when in a call instead of the little dots.

Pros

Everything was easy to set up & use. Changes are simple. Support is excellent.

Cons

The blinking red light on the phone when it is not in use for some time.

The Intermedia Anytime meeting platform is easy to use and you are able to request for help if you are running into any issues with audio or video.

How mobile and convenient it is. Offers so many components beside a reliable phone service. I can be in and out of the office remotely!

Setup process was too long . Porting process took too long

Being able to unite our extensions to one localized number whether we are in office or on the road has really increased production and ease of use.

Pros

We made the switch from Intermedia to Intermedia Unite and are not disappointed- the integration was easy and the workflow never stopped.

Cons

It took us a few days to adjust and find a few features we had become accustomed to- but the only real dissapointment so far is the lack of control on the whisper feature.

I've only had Unite for a short while. I've been with Intermedia for 7 years. I had great support and the transition went smoothly.

Pros

I am inept and the tech support is great. It is always available and helpful.

Cons

Sometimes I have trouble navigating the pages to find what I need.

Good monetary value. Got my phone number that the other company was refusing to transport. Always customer friendly. Allowed me to drop services the other company was holding me hostage with.

All the different features that are included

Sometimes people I am talking to say I am in a tunnel. Not always.
