La possibilité de déposer les pièces dématérialisées à presque tous les endroits du logiciel ce qui permet de classer les documents là où on en a besoin... Import automatique des banques, Cons Pas d'envoi des fichiers pdf en pièce jointe: Impossible pour l'instant de transmettre directement les documents générés en pdf... seul un lien est proposé, ce qui ne correspondant pas à la demande d'une très grosse partie de nos clients notamment pour les factures. ils disposent de boîtes mails dédiées qui nécessite l'envoi avec fichier pdf joint. Cette fonction manquante est très contraignante pour notre entreprise et nous interroge sur la pérennité de cette solution de gestion... ce qui serait dommage. Dommage aussi que l'API avec Dropbox ne gère le formatage (complément d'info) du nom des pièces générées ou qu'il ne gère pas également les pièces déposées dans Evoliz... Je l'utilise avec 3 entreprises. Cependant en 2020, nous avons continuer à payer nos abonnements pour un logiciel qui présente de graves lacunes de fonctionnement. Pros J'ai particiulièrement apprécié Evoliz pendant 3 ans pour sa facilité d'utilsation mais le service s'est beaucoup dégradé depuis quelques mois. Cons Les rapprochements bancaires fonctionnaient de manière erratiques et depuis le 6 novembre 2020 aucun rapprochement bancaire n'est possible ce qui rend impossible l'établissement des comptes.
