Wir arbeiten nicht mit mehreren Lösungen, sondern haben Vertrieb, Auftragsabwicklung, Personalmanagement, Verträge und Finanzen in einem einzigen Komplettsystem. Gleichzeitig lässt sich TOPIX sehr gut auf unsere Workflows zuschneiden: Ansichten, anpassbare Masken, eigene Felder und schnelle Erweiterungen über Module. Dadurch bildet TOPIX weit mehr als nur Standardprozesse ab, sondern passt sich uns und unseren Anforderungen an. Besonders praktisch finde ich auch die Logik der Datenverknüpfung, mit der Informationen immer schnell und zuverlässig aufrufbar sind. Cons TOPIX ist ein durchaus mächtiges ERP. Es braucht am Anfang Zeit, um das System sauber aufzusetzen und so einzustellen, wie es zum eigenen Ablauf passt. Das ganze TOPIX Team hat aber während der Implementierung super unterstützt und genau auf unseren Bedarf geschult. Und genau das zahlt sich später aus, weil man dann umso mehr davon hat: alles greift ineinander, die Ansichten passen, die Daten sind sauber und man arbeitet einfach schneller. Einführung ist natürlich kein Plug-and-Play, aber dafür hat man am Ende eine saubere aufgesetzte Software, die zu den Anfrderungen passt. Pros TOPIX ist ein sehr leistungsstarkes und modernes ERP System. Unschlagbar ist, dass wir alle unsere Abläufe in einer Software halten können und keine doppelten Tools oder Daten pflegen müssen. Unser Workflow reicht von der Kontakt / Leadanlage, über den Vertrieb inkl. Angebot, Vertrag und Rechnung, bis hin zur vorbereitenden Buchhaltung via DATEV-Export. Ich habe schon mit anderen Systemen gearbeitet und muss sagen in etlichen Bereichen spare ich mir bis zu 50 % Zeit. Der verknüpfte Sprung und die erweitere Suchfunktionen lässt wirklich jeden Datensatz in Sekunden finden. Was ich natürlich auch super finde, ist die Möglichkeit sich eigene Ansichten, zusätzliche Felder oder die Dashboards bauen zu können. Selbst die Farbe des Menüs lässt sich nach eigenem Geschmack ändern. Cons Ich kannte TOPIX schon, wenn man aber ganz frisch startet braucht man sicher etwas Eingewöhnung in die Funktionen und Möglichkeiten. Von Zeit zu Zeit schaue ich mich nach günstigeren Alternativen um, aber merke dann, dass ich das beste Programm schon habe. Pros Welche Funktion man auch braucht: es gibt ein Modul dafür Cons Man braucht nicht alle Funktionen aus den Paketen, bezahlt sie aber mit. Das Entfernen nicht mehr benötigter Module (bei mir Finanzbuchhaltung) ist teuer und man kann nicht so einfach die in der Nutzungszeit erstellten Daten einsehen. Mich stört auch, dass es keine Pakete für soloselbstständige Dienstleister gibt, die die wichtigsten Funktionen enthalten. Neue Mitarbeiter werden in kürzester Zeit mit dem Programm vertraut. Trotz der mittlerweile vielen Daten reagiert das Programm rasend schnell und optimiert unseren Alltag. Cons Der Verkauf hat uns eine Datevschnittstelle versprochen, die zusammen mit dem neu erworbenen Dokumentenmanagement uns Geld beim Steuerberater spart. Vor einem Jahr eingekauft, Fernschulung mitgemacht, alles bezahlt (natürlich auch die neue Jahresgebühr. Aber mit den System kann keiner was anfangen. Wir finden das sehr peinlich. Neben der altbackenen Oberfläche fehlen zwar kleine aber sehr wichtige Details, z.B. mehrere Einkaufspreise (Staffelpreise). Auch verschiedene Bezugsquellen für Artikel werden nicht berücksichtigt. Damals war kein EMail Versand von Dokumenten aus MSU Fakt nicht möglich, was den Arbeitsalltag komplizierter macht. Xentral kannten wir bei Einführung des ERP nicht, wir hätten uns wegen des Umfangs und der Shop- anbindung dafür entschieden.
