Pros

The software is easy to use, access is quick and easy. The interface is friendly and intuitive.

Cons

The software could have more options to suit individual user needs. Opportunity to submit ideas to improve the platform is very good option.

On baording and working through training and certification modules were a breeze, and I did not need to keep going back to my manager to make progress.

Pros

The user interface is the best part about this software. It is very clean and intuitive. It feels good to use and for me, it was very easy to interact with.

Cons

Thus far I have not encountered anything about this software that I did not like, or thought that needed to be improved. This may be different for people in other fields.

The overall impression is positive. The platform looks modernly and it helps to organize and manage learning process. So generally we are happy to have this solution :)

Pros

\- useful, diverse features for employees and managers, e.g. learning paths, surveys, knowledge base, diverse forms of files (movie, an online course, a test, tasks to do, traditional training, articles), notifications - 180-degree feedback which helps us manage training needs analysis, - useful, diverse features for administrators, e.g. reports, easy to load an online course, easy to add users, - very friendly, helpful and patiently people from HCM Support.

Cons

It's not intuitive and not user-friendly for people who manage the platform (administrators, managers, trainers). There are many inconsistent settings. One feature we often have to set twice or even more, in different places. The notifications do not work properly very often. There is still a lot to improve in 180-degree feedback and path settings. Errors occure frequently.

### "Great system for HR automation and e-learning"

Pros

We mainly use HCM Deck’s online courses and educational paths. The main benefit of the system is that it helps to automate the HR processes, which is extremely important, given the nature of our work. We also gain a lot thanks to the digitization of mandatory training courses. We still explore the rest of the features and appreciate the fact that we can move different work areas to one, complete system.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind so far, we are generally happy with this solution.

I appreciate the HCM Deck support the most, thanks to the people who create this project, cooperation works so smoothly. HCM Deck is in my opinion the most open and customer-oriented company. Thanks to this, we adapt the system's functionalities to our needs. Additionally, the system's appearance and functionality are modern, which makes our young employees use it eagerly.

Pros

In the software, we appreciate the quick and easy access to our know-how. The appearance and functionality of the platform are adapted to the expectations of the young generation - 95% of our teams.

Cons

It would be intuitive to link the relevant articles with "help" to the appropriate places on the software pages.

### "Really good solution for L&D!"

We are glad that we have this system in our organization :) We are more efficient and people are happy of using it in their learning process.

Pros

Many, many useful features, especially learning paths (including e.g. a file - movie, an online course, a test, tasks to do, traditional training, articles from Knowledge Base...), virtual budget (every employee can earn money for training - he/she can be more autonomous!), reporting and very nice and clear layout. Big plus for great people (they're customer-oriented, open-minded, helpful... :)).

Cons

It's not so intuitive for people who manage the platform (administrators, managers, trainers), sometimes there are technical bugs (but customer service tries to help asap), some UX solutions could be better ;)

The overall impression is very positive. The material in the onboarding section looked transparent and the users praised the clarity of the product.

Pros

What I liked the most was the ease of use and entering information into the tool and the appearance of the entire onboarding content.

Cons

Introducing the materials to the tool was a big challenge for me. I received great help here from HCM Deck.

Reason for choosing HCM Deck

I did not make a comparison at the stage of purchasing the product.

I would recommend this software to large-size companies searching for flexible, nice-looking platform that will make employees' lives easier. 

Pros

HCM Deck covers most of the aspects of employee development processes and training management. We use the platform to manage e-learning courses, traditional training and create different educational content. The platform also helped us to semi-automate onboarding process for employees. Customer Support keeps us well-informed and updated. HCM Deck offers convenient set of features for bigger organizations while striving to keep the platform nice looking and convenient for the users. 

Cons

Our experience has been good so far, the only detail to mention are UX improvements. But I know HCM Deck is constantly working on it.
