Pros Die hilfreichste Funktion von yolean war die Erstellung einer Taktplanung. Nachdem die verschiedenen Gewerkezüge aufgestellt worden waren, konnten diese einfach und schnell mit den jeweiligen Taktbereichen des Gebäudes verknüpft werden und somit ein detaillierter Terminplan in kurzer Zeit erstellt werden. Cons Insbesondere für die anschließende Steuerung der Prozesse hätte ich mir eine App für die Baustelle gewünscht. Außerdem würde ich mir eine BIM-Schnittstelle wünschen, um die Terminplanung objektorientiert durchführen zu können. Pros My Partner and I were looking for a digital solution to our project management problems. We mostly struggled with visualizing our projects and their progress so both could understand what was going on and where we are at within the progress. We tried Yolean and would 100% recommend it. Especially being able to breakdown certain tasks into different steps is very helpful to not feel overwhelmed and be transparent with expectations. Cons Yolean might take a few minutes to get used to. Good abilities to zoom in timeframe, from days to weeks to months. Simple to use and strong in its abilities to match the way pull-planning should be done. Cons Too simple for some cases, would be good with more functionality - sure it will come over time.
