They were so responsive and have the perfect solution for us! We needed help integrating two platforms

Great! Overall excellent service and fair price.I would recommend this company if you are looking for EDI services.

Pros

Support is great, knowledgeable and timely with resolution! Effective compared to other EDI providers. Setup is very simple, and issues are few. I would definitely recommend letting them quote your EDI solution at the very least.We have done business with them for several years and have had very few issues and support is easy to contact and fast to resolve any issue that arises.

Cons

Really no major issues with their service, if I had to pick one negative, it would be Website availability.

The data management, API Management, and Automation building was lacking before we started with ConnectPoints and now we are thriving on all aspects!

Pros

It is extremely easy to use and takes not time at all to learn how it operates! Their team was so helpful with any questions I did have!

Cons

There isn't one thing I dislike about ConnectPoints! The team at ConnectPoints does a great job getting everything integrated easily!

They are much easier to work with than other one size fits all providers. They can adapt a solution to your specific needs and budget

Pros

The customer service team answers the phone and is very responsive. A pleasure to work with. Other providers would not answer our calls because we were not big enough.

Cons

I am not a huge fan of having to use an EDI provider, but if I have to use one, I would prefer to use ConnectPointz

It is very easy to work with and support is very helpful and quickly responds to emails and phone calls.

Cons

I have to say given our issue; I have yet to see another company offer the same solution!

Pros

ConnectPointz solved a vital problem for our company - by creating an integration from our third-party Inventory system and synchronizing it with WooCommerce. We have multiple channels of e-commerce so this connection is absolutely essential.

Cons

Honestly nothing really - it seemed like the initial setup took a little time but other than that I am relatively happy with my experience.

Really happy that we went with ConnectPointz and not one of the other integration providers out there. For EDI, ERP, WMS, OMS, IMS - it's been working flawless in all integrations, and the team is super supportive in getting connections up and running.

Pros

Connectpointz have helped us get connected to our trading partners quicker and more robust than any other partner I have been working with over the past 15 years. An experienced team that will help you get across the finish line within days/weeks, not months/years. We got started with Connectpointz within a few days of signing, and have been rolling out new connecitons on a weekly basis, with very low effort from our side and minimum need of "unnecessary" interactions with the UI. The team at Conectpointz have been supporting us with a <1 day response time, and been super-flexible in meeting the very dynamic requirements of our solution design. We look forward to continue working with Connectpointz on a daily basis going forward.

Cons

The user UI isn't the prettiest, but it gets the job done. Especially since we are doing full integrations in all directions.
