Pros SysCloud has completely transformed how our school handles data security. It automatically backs up everything in our Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 environments, and the user-friendly interface makes restoring data a breeze, even for non-technical staff. The added compliance features for FERPA and CIPA give us peace of mind knowing our students' data is protected. If you're looking for a reliable, comprehensive solution that just works, SysCloud is a top choice. Cons The technology behind the DLP tools is a reactive measure rather than a proactive one. It setup very easily and was running in just a few minutes. Everything was working well. Pros We love using SysCloud as our backup server for our Google data. Its come in handy when users can't find a document. The peace of mind knowing our information is backed up on a account that is not on my personal server is unmatched and its user interface is simple and easy to use. Highly recommend for any school district! Cons Worst part might be waiting on the restore to get the file or document you are waiting on. Sometime maybe finding the file itself. It was simple to setup and it's easy to use. The few times we have had to restore it has always worked. The customer service was great in helping us get online and the couple times we have used them since they have always been great. (We use it for our Google Apps backup.) Pros Very simple to use and it just works. We use it gor our Google Apps and it's been seemless. There are a lot of setup optinos to tailor it to your needs/requirements for what and who to backup. Cons Really nothing. We have been a customer for over four years now and love it. It is a solution that is simplke and does what it is suposed to do without a lot of intervention. Switched from [Backupify](https://www.capterra.com/p/213199/Backupify/) The interface was not as easy and the pricing was better with Syscloud. They check in every 3 months and were super helpful getting setup in the beginning. I've never had a company care that much about our little organization. Pros It's very easy to login with SSO via Google . Friendly interface. Cons Sometimes I can't seem to find archived emails or docs and it takes a very long time to recover documents or email. Pros I liked the pricing to have our Google data backed up. I have been using this software for over 3 years. It backs up all of my Google information. It is set and forget. It is easy to find and restore data. Cons Sometimes emails don't show previews. Also restoring data seems to take a while. All user data was backed up quickly for an organization of our size. Every time we email a question it's answered quickly and clearly - additionally SysCloud is proactive and initiates periodic check-ins to get ahead of problems with our environment. SysCloud representatives are knowledgeable, down to earth, and extremely easy to work with. For them, it's all about the customer experience and protection of the data they store for us. Great product, great service, great experience. Pros Simplicity of use - Locating user files and restoring them is fast and easy. We especially like how we can restore files from a user no longer with the organization to an active user such as a direct supervisor. Cons We would like the ability to erase data ourselves instead of putting in a ticket with SysCloud, however it's a small use case - we have yet to run into this specific need. The team \[sensitive content hidden\] were with me thru the entre process to ensure all went well. The applications is very reliable and easy to use. The team has also been very helpful when it comes to pricing and other account details. Great team working for a great company. Sure glad that I found them or they found me. Pros SysCloud offers a very reliable backup service that relieves you from the worry about Google accounts. It requires almost no interactions from me. The recovery component is also a great tool that is provided. I have only used it twice but having it is great. Perhaps what I like best is that is does exactly what it is supposed to do and \[sensitive content hidden\] didn't oversell the product. They were straight with form the start. That is a big PLUS> Cons I don't really have any "cons" to speak of. I have been fortunate to have been able to work with \[sensitive content hidden\] since the beginning. They are both great and I am glad they are my contacts. If there have been any shortcomings when using SysCoud, it was due to my error in the proper use of the application.
