Experience is great overall. It is helping us AND our clients.

Pros

It is easy to use and a great way of reaching clients. Many people don't answer phones for whatever reason, but will at least read a text. It is a great communication tool for us. The customer support is great. We needed a few tweaks to the system, and they are working on implementing them.

Cons

There are a few items that could make the use of the software more streamline. Customer service has taken these suggestions and are working on getting them implemented.

We had a "marketing" solution that only allowed us to send text messages to our customers but that customer couldn't respond back to us with out calling. WHAT?!? NEXTms does it all for us. We can have our sales and support teams have two way text communications.

Pros

Ease of use and having TWO way text conversations instead of the standard text blast you get with other systems and never seeing a response back from the customer.

Cons

Not a full CRM so I would like to have more features with Contacts.
